The Encore Shoppe is the Grand Valley’s premier consignment shop. With a long-standing reputation, the Encore Shoppe is a name that is recognized easily. The Encore Shoppe started in 1976 in a 300 square foot store.  Roxanne Carson owned and built the store, and the name, until 2007. Royann Mallory and Kim Leyerly purchased the Encore Shoppe in 2011 which is now located at 1909 N. 1st St., Grand Junction.  This mother and daughter team are not strangers to the Encore Shoppe.  Royann has worked there for 40 years and Kim has 14 years of experience at the Encore Shoppe, as well as experience in media sales. With nearly 22,000 square feet of merchandise, Encore Shoppe is the largest consignment shop between Denver and Salt Lake City.  New consignments are added to the floor daily with consignments taken Tuesday-Saturday, 9:30am-5pm.  Normal hours are 9:30am-6pm Monday-Saturday. With their combined experience, Royann and Kim strive to educate the public on the difference between a consignment store and thrift store.  Clothes are carefully inspected at a consignment shop for holes and stains.  Consigners are paid for their merchandise (either up front for some items or after the items have sold).  This helps to stimulate the economy in Grand Junction. Royann and Kim hope to see you soon in Grand Junction’s longest running consignment store, the Encore Shoppe!  You get more at Encore!

Our Goal

At the Encore Shoppe, our goal is to create a blend of the old, the not-so-old, and the new. We’re always searching for interesting and unusual items to offer our customers.

Many of our items are close-outs (no more available), others we order on an on-going basis.

Let us know if there is something special you are trying to find.
